Host Family
Staying with a host family gives you an excellent opportunity to develop your language skills in a natural everyday context, and is a very popular option with our students. The host family experience is one of the best ways for students to encounter the world-famous Irish hospitality and discover Dublin’s lifestyle and culture.
Host family accommodation is available to both our junior and adult students in our Dublin locations with either a half-board option for our adults or full-board option for our juniors. Our families are carefully selected and monitored by our in-house accommodation team. Many of our host families have been a part of the Emerald experience for over 12 years, due to the dedicated assistance from our accommodation team and their ongoing communication with our homestay families.
